1. DONE - The GBV chart family member as perpetrator is odd. It Needs to display share of incidents of family member as perpetrator among total incidents of GBV, so total (or rather other needs to be shown in the same bar) -> if it is easier to display you can also use pie chart
2. Report submitted under submit report, does not trigger notification. Any new reports submitted must at the minimum trigger notification for admin and ideally sent email to alert@nepalmonitor.org
3. DONE - Expert filter shows start and end-date but other selected criteria not consistently (on left once submitted)
4. DONE - I wasn’t able to test: Does expert filter also search secondary field (for cause/form/weapon and actor)? If not, it needs to.
5. DONE - In expert filter results only Map and Province breakdown adjusts to Deaths when switched to fatalities view (timeline and other charts are still on incidents)

6. Location selection as discussed in the last meeting has not been implemented (Location still uses VDCs instead of rural Municipalty/Municipality)  We have provided them the Federal unit-GPS excel file
7. Location should be mandatory when saving an incident. 
8. Field ‘Working’ is not deactivated when edited report is updated and closed, needs to deactivate when closed
9. No warning triggered if employee works on a report and admin opens it (needs to be able to open, but perhaps have a warning at the top)


10. DONE - If media is added through the add media field, report produces error when saved.
11. DONE - There is no option to upload pdf files in Analysis
12. NONEED - No draft saving in analysis, It directly publish your analysis report after re-editing
